Granola–Cereal that makes you smile :)

12 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup oat bran
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup millet
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups powdered milk
1 cup nuts (almonds, sunflower seeds, pecans, cashews, mixture)

1 cup canola oil
1 tbsp vanilla
3/4 cup honey or sugar
3/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 300-325 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, beat wet ingredients. Pour over dry ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed. Pour mixture into two cookie sheets or jelly-roll pans and spread evenly. Bake for an hour, stirring every twenty-minutes. Cool. Store in air-tight container. Serve with fresh or dried fruit and coconut. Makes a great breakfast with milk, or a good topping for yogurt, pudding or ice cream.
